Area 3 planning and preparation for the 2016 Show Season is well under-way! Our tentative show dates for 2016 (pending AQHA confirmation) are:
SPRING CLASSIC – May 20-23, 2016
SUMMERAMA – June 30-July4, 2016
All NOVICE & SUMMER CIRCUIT – August 5-7, 2016
We are actively seeking tenders for the following positions:
STALL BOOKING MANAGER
Job includes – receiving stall booking requests, banking funds and tracking as per our required format, mapping stalls following our guidelines, ordering stalls, on-site management at start of each show, timely communication with exhibitors for bookings and with Board for updates and information.
Strong customer service skills, excellent organization and communication skills a must.

SHOW AWARDS MANAGER
What does this job entail you may ask? Well, each day you would be present at the horse show grounds from start to finish in the awards booth to hand out ribbon tickets, circuit awards when needed, sell promotional clothing, run judges cards to the office and generally be available for tasks as required.
