Area 3 is pleased to announce the date and location of the Annual General Meeting:
SUNDAY JANUARY 31, 2016
The Annual General Meeting is the forum for all Area 3 Members to come out and learn about Club business, review financials, recap the 2015 shows and hear the plans that will be under way for 2016 shows.
This is a good time to remind members that the Board is run by a group of very committed volunteers who do a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes to make sure that Area 3 puts on great horse shows with some of the best prizes, awards and payback in the industry! The AGM is your opportunity to volunteer to get involved with the Association as a member of the Board of Directors or to offer your time volunteering with many of the numerous tasks that need to be completed. The Association is always looking for hard working and dedicated individuals to lend a hand both at shows and in advance.
