NEW FOR 2012 - Early Booking
Discounted Prices
If you pay for your stalls in full prior to the dates below,
stall fees are as on the
form. Should you
book stalls after these dates, a $10.00 LATE FEE will be
charged PER STALL. Reservations are not confirmed until full
payment is received.
Early Booking Dates and ALL IN ONE FEE payments are as follows:
~ Spring Classic – April 15, 2012
~ Summerama – May 30, 2012
~ Summer Circuit – July 15, 2012
Choice of preferred stall locations will be given first to paid
sponsors (over the Gold level of $300 and in sequential order),
then assigned on a “first paid, first served” basis (stalls are
not considered paid until FULL payment is received). Credit will
also be given to those exhibitors who bring in paid sponsorships
to the club as well.
STALL REQUESTS FOR GROUPS - all groups wishing to stable
together must send all their bookings in with one person acting
as agent. Please have a separate stall booking form for each
person, payment in full (including post dated cheques if
necessary) and enclose all forms and payments in one envelope.
While every effort will be made to comply with specific stall
grouping requests outside this format, show management reserves
the right to assign stall locations pursuant to available space
at the time of booking. For more info on booking stalls, please

Recently, AQHA, working through a task force that was assembled
to review the AQHA Incentive Fund, announced changes to the
valuable fund that are aimed to keep it viable and stimulate
participation. Those changes, the first significant changes
other than modifications to stallion nomination fees since the
fund’s inception in the 1980s, have been getting a lot of
discussion since the announcement. In this question-and-answer
piece, AQHA explains how the changes can benefit all
participants, and why the changes were necessary.
