Important Reminders on Points
In order to accumulate points for Area 3 year-end awards, all riders, handlers, and owners must be members of the Area 3 Promotional Club and reside within the boundaries of Area 3 or have applied in writing each year (via a completed membership form) for membership due to an inactive club (bordering Area 3) and have been accepted by the Board of Directors.
Area 3 Points will be based on the official recording of show results by the show secretaries and their submission to AQHA. Any discrepancies will be verified to the best of the show secretaries’ ability and their final reporting will stand as the official results.
All exhibitors MUST make clear who is exhibiting their horse in each specific class. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that all documentation and reporting is updated with the show office if/when there are any changes from their original entry form.
