Caledon Equestrian Park
Show Grounds Rules & Regulations:

The following are conditions that the Caledon Equestrian Park and the Equestrian Management Group Inc. has contractually demanded that the Area 3 Promotional Club publish and ensure that all exhibitors abide by them. These conditions apply to both Summerama and The Summer Circuit.

- Access to the Caledon Equestrian Park is only via Birch Avenue (North access road).
- Absolutely no grey water drainage is allowed on the grounds and all exhibitors must abide by this Town of Caledon by-law.
- Only horses may be bathed in the wash rack areas.
- EMG is not responsible for hay or shavings once delivered to the stalls as indicated on the stall assignment charts.
- The Caledon Equestrian Park Pavilion is a licensed area. No alcoholic beverage is allowed in the Pavilion other than those purchased at the bar located inside the Pavilion.
- All horses remaining on the grounds overnight MUST have a stall and no horses may be left on or tied to a trailer overnight.

GROUNDS AVAILABILITY:
- The move in gate will only be manned between the hours posted by the Area 3 Promotional club.

- Pre -show stabling can be arranged at the cost of $20.00 + GST per stall per day, with 2 weeks prior notice.

VEHICLES:
-  ALL horse trailer parking and day ship in parking will be on the East Side of the property. This is all parking other than electrical hook up, generator or rough camping as designated by show management.
- Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Parking on the roadways and barn areas is strictly prohibited.
- Only licensed drivers may operate motorized vehicles including golf carts, etc.
DOGS:
- All dogs must be kept on a leash. Any unleashed dogs may be seized and a $100 charge may be levied to retrieve them.
- Dog owners must abide by the Town of Caledon 'Poop & Scoop' by-law.
