Move in times:

Early Arrivals:
Wednesday August 10 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.*
*Early ship in fees plus stalls &
hook ups must be paid in full in advance of the show. Shavings
must be pre-ordered. All early arrivals must notify
Val
in advance

Regular Move In:
Thursday August 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

If you are unable to move in until after hours, please phone Val
Love to request permission in advance at 905-263-8158.

If you are moving in after hours, maps will be posted and all
attempts to mark designated locations will be made. Please be
advised that should you inadvertently park any vehicle in the
wrong location, you will be required to move your vehicle to the
proper location. All accounts must be paid in full prior to
arrival to guarantee stalls and hookups.
Shavings - orders on the
ground will not be available after 5 pm each day.

WESTBOUND - on Hwy #109 (formerly known as Hwy 9), from
Newmarket. Turn North, (right) onto 3rd line Mono. to first stop
sign. Turn west (left) onto 5 Sideroad, continue approximately
2.5 km, fairgrounds are on your left.

SOUTHBOUND - on Hwy #10, once you pass Camilla (flashing light)
continue south to the next stop lights. That intersection is 5
Sideroad Mono/Hockley Rd/Regional Rd 7. Turn East (left) at the
lights. Follow the signs to the fairgrounds. (note: where you
come to a slight fork in the road, take the right lane up hill,
the fairgrounds are approx. 1.5 km from the stoplights.

NORTHBOUND - on Hwy#10. through the town of Orangeville. (watch
for signs to fairgrounds). at stop lights turn East (right) onto
5 Sideroad Mono/Hockley Rd/Regional Rd 7. Continue east, where
road slightly forks, stay to right, up hill, fairgrounds will be
on your right. Approx. 1.5 km from stoplights. |

Area 3 is pleased to announce that we will be the first shows in
Ontario to offer exhibitors an “ALL IN ONE FEE” for 2012 at all
3 of our shows. |
|
|
Here is the premise & process:
The "All In One Fee" is an opportunity for exhibitors to pay one
fee to cover their stall, classes, and office fees. This will
allow the horse/any rider combination show in as many classes as
they want with no increasing bills. On show day, should
you decide to add in a class, there will be no additional charge
to you for any and all classes added. |

For example (using Spring Classic fees)

Novice Youth Showmanship (with Exhibitor A) $40
Novice Youth Trail (with Exhibitor A) $40
Youth Performance Halter (with Exhibitor B) $40
Novice Amateur Trail (with Exhibitor C) $40

Green Western Pleasure (with Exhibitor D) $48

Rules for "All In One Fee":
1) MUST show in a halter class in any division
2) MUST PAY IN FULL PRIOR TO DEADLINES:
Summer Circuit - July 15, 2012 – ALL IN ONE FEE $245
3) No refunds after 2 weeks prior to show on stalls and 25%
administration fee will be charged on all returned entry fees.
4) The Area 3 All Novice Show classes do not qualify for the
"All In One Fee". Separate fees need to be paid for classes at
show office.
5) NSBA fees are not included in the All In One Fee |

All Age Walk/Jog Trail
Riders are eligible if they have not earned AQHA points in a
loping class. This class is open to all age groups of rider.
This class will be eligible for Area 3 year end awards. Non AQHA. |
|
|
Green As Grass Trail
Horses are eligible if they have not shown in a trail class at a
lope and this class is open to all riders.
This class will be eligible for Area 3 year end awards, but is
not included in open or green high point. Non AQHA. |
|
|
Small Fry 11 & Under Division
Classes include: Showmanship, Hunter Under Saddle, Hunt Seat
Equitation, Western Pleasure & Western Horsemanship.
These classes will only be shown at the Walk & Jog/Trot and are
open to exhibitors 11 & Under who have not placed in a loping
class. Patterns will be required in the Showmanship, Hunt Seat
Equitation & Western Horsemanship.
These classes will be eligible for Show High Point Awards and
for Area 3 Year End Awards but are non AQHA approved. Please
note, this full division will replace the former “walk jog/trot
class”. |

All Age Walk Jog/Trot Division
Classes include: Hunter Under Saddle, Hunt Seat Equitation,
Western Pleasure & Western Horsemanship.
These classes will only be shown at the Walk & Jog/Trot and are
open to exhibitors 12 yrs old & over who have not placed in a
loping class. Patterns will be required in the Hunt Seat
Equitation & Western Horsemanship.
These classes will be eligible for Show High Point Awards and
for Area 3 Year End Awards but are non AQHA approved. |
