I am pleased to announce that the Area 3 NYATT team placed 15th overall in the NYATT competition. There were 80 teams in total competing in the six events. All of the kids had a great day with the highlight being James Wilson's 6th place finish in the Barrels. Congrats James!
The team members are gave it their best that day and it's all I could ask of them. It was a privilege to be involved with this team and I am proud of all of them.
Our team members all had good results at the Congress:
MacKenzie Harvey - 10th in the Novice Youth 14-18 Trail, Semi Finalist in Novice Youth Horsemanship
Allyson Nicol - Finalist in Novice Youth Horsemanship 14-18
James Wilson - 6th in NYATT Barrels, 10th in Youth Pole Bending 14-18
Christine Thorne - 15th NYATT Barrels
Emma Kelebay - had some good rides in her classes in her Congress debut
Overall we all had a great experience and I look forward to next year.
