As you are all aware we are learning to adjust our lifestyles daily due to the COVID-19 crisis. The Area 3 Team has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Spring Classic at this time.
Though this makes us all extremely sad it is something we need to do to look after not only ourselves but our Area 3 families health and comfort. The Area 3 team has a few important notes we would like to bring to our members and visitors attention:
- For those that have already paid for your Spring Classic stalls and hookups, Val can credit these funds toward your Summerama reservations, just notify Val that you wish to do so at email@example.com
- If you have paid for stalls and hookups already and wish a full refund we can send that out to you as well! Simply contact Val at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Stay tuned for further updates and information regarding Summerama and Summer Circuit as we do our best to navigate these vastly changing times.
We appreciate everyone’s patience while this decision was made. It is not an easy one and there are many processes that have to be properly attended to in order to cancel an event such as the Spring Classic. We work diligently as a group of volunteers to deliver the best horse show experience we can and continue to look forward to the later portion of our season in hopes we can enjoy those events with all of you!
