Area 3 Quarter Horse Promotional Club (“Area 3”, “us” or “we”) is committed to protecting your Personal Information (as defined below) in accordance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). What is Personal Information?

“Personal Information” is information about you, although most business contact information or information from a public directory listing of your name, address, or telephone number is not Personal Information. Personal Information is collected by Area 3 when you provide it to us, for example via the Site or when submitting information, images or logos for membership forms, booking forms, spotlights, sponsorships or news articles.
